Will Grayson, Will Grayson - 4th Blog of the Summer

I think that out of all of the characters in the book Tiny would be my first choice because he is so out there. He speaks his mind, he does what ever he feels like and he's not afraid to be himself. he accepts and embraces his flaws. In the book Tiny refers to him self in the third person and always refers to himself as being "fabulouss" But towards the end of the book Tiny has this huge blow up where he basically admits that he is doing all of this huge show to cover up how he actually feels. Tiny is named Tiny for irony. In the book, Tiny is drawn out to be this ginormous guy, height wise and body shape wise, who you can't miss a mile away. Tiny is also the person who is trying to make everyone else happy, and not many people take notice in that. I feel like Tiny is the type of person who is someone completely different in front of people than when he is by himself. If I ever met Tiny I feel like it would be such a fun day but towards the end it would be something really deep and meaningful. He would be like the best friends who is so annoying but you just can't let go of.

The second character that I would love to meet would be Will Grayson (the second one & Tiny's ex-boyfriend). He seems to be so similar to Tiny but at the same time the absolute opposite of Tiny. Will Grayson is depressed and usually sees the bad things in life. It's not like he chooses to them them though. In the book when he was talking to his mom about his break-up with Tiny he says, "I never knew I actually had feelings." His mother replies, "You've always had feelings. That's what's makes things so difficult for you." I find these lines so touching because after this point Will basically changes and decides that it's his job to change how he feels and to start fresh. i think that talking to him would be really cool, just spending some time with him and talking about his "aha" moment and how it changed him.

The last person that I would love to meet would be Maura. She becomes a huge part in Will Grayson's (the second one) after Will finds out that Maura has been cat-fishing him. Maura was pretending to be a guy named Isaac, "Isaac" and Will had been talking for over a year and when Will finally told Isaac that he was ready to meet, "Isaac" sends Will to a place named Frenchy's. To his surprise when Will goes inside, he finds out that Frenchy's is actually a porn shop. And that is where Maura confesses to lying to Will the whole time. I think that if I was Will I would have also shut her out all at once. But I would also think about how she must have felt. Even though she did keep such a huge lie for such a long time, seeing her sit alone at a lunch table everyday of my life would probably drive me crazy and I would gave to talk to her sooner or later.
